Support, advocacy, and informed decision making: these are the pillars we need to foster beautiful feeding relationships between mom and baby.

When you enroll in Feeding Your Baby, you can count on unwavering encouragement as we break down the information you deserve on your feeding journey.

What are your feeding goals?
This is something that gets overlooked way too often. People spend hours and hours researching what is "best," and all the while their stomach starts to turn over with anxiety and guilt over it.

"What if I can't exclusively breastfeed?"
"Will I be judged for giving my baby formula?"
"What if my employer won't give me time to pump?"

And then they hop on social media with these questions and the comment section goes bananas.

So what if I told you - fed isn't best? And breast isn't best either? I know, controversial right? Sounds like this lady wants to make some internet enemies.

I've seen too many parents get completely dismissed with these sweeping statements. They ask for help, guidance, and support and are met with a feud that's been dividing moms for years. And people get so caught up in spreading these three-word ideologies around that we forget there's a real person here who's asking for help.

New parents need support. Access to information. And to be reminded that their goals (whatever they look like) matter. That's why I created this course. I want this to be your safe space to learn, and I want you to know I am always here to cheer you on and help you navigate your feeding journey,

Never worry about spiraling over the mom group comment section again.

With this in your pocket, you'll have answers to your questions straight from a lactation specialist whenever you need them.

Hi, I'm Chelsea. I'm a mom of two, house plant addict, cat lover, and coffee runs through my veins.

Like most first-time moms, I prepared for the arrival of our baby girl from the minute I found out about her. One thing I completely shoved to the side though, was learning how to feed my baby. I knew all about the best breast pumps, what nursing pillow I wanted, picked out bottles... but when it came to actually feeding her, I just assumed it would come naturally!

Then she arrived and everything was a blur. I was in a situation where I was wildly unprepared. I didn't count on complications to our feeding journey. I didn't think we'd need to work at it. But it was an uphill battle, and honestly one that had I taken the time to educate myself before she was born, wouldn't have been as hard.

Our journey, though difficult, was absolutely beautiful. I ended up being able to combo feed her until she was 15 months old, fell in love with infant feeding, and earned my certification in lactation as a result. Since then, I have had the honor of supporting so many new parents in meeting their feeding goals, and even got a second shot at it myself when my son was born.

Feeding Your Baby is here so you can feel confident and prepared as you welcome your baby Earthside. You don't have to fly by the seat of your pants like I did, because once you enroll in this program, you'll have everything you need to be an incredible advocate for yourself and your baby on your path.

How To Bottle Feed Your Breastfed Baby
A common worry in families who nurse is getting their baby to take a bottle. In this section, you'll learn how to bottle feed a baby who normally drinks directly from the breast.
Important: Did you know I am constantly updating and adding to this course? This is a living and breathing resource, and you will always have access to the latest version with all the newest information.

Why is this so important? Well - in the last few years a lot has changed in lactation. We've learned new and more effective ways to help handle things like mastitis and engorgement. We've seen new research on medications while breastfeeding. We've gone through a GIANT learning curve with flange sizing for pumps. So I am keeping up with all the protocols and research, that way whatever I know, you will too.

"Chelsea's support with breastfeeding allowed me to finally breathe more easily. In addition to her helpful technical support on latching and timing, I'm so grateful that she opened my eyes to the concept that my journey didn't have to be "all or nothing." This mindset helped me continue to breastfeed and 10 months later we are still going strong! Learning to breastfeed can be such a vulnerable and taxing experience. I'll forever be grateful for all the comfort, solidarity, and guidance that Chelsea provided!" - Katie
